Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Every piece is made to order; custom and discounted pieces are final sale.

Orders can be canceled the same day they are placed because production starts the next day.

For a damaged or defective order, use the Contact page and include a photo. Existing store content promises a replacement for damage but does not state a separate defective-item remedy.
